INTERNATIONAL RETAILING

Research and critical analysis was used to internationalise Neal’s Yard Remedies to New Zealand. A Business Plan investigated how Neal’s Yard Remedies would start a business in New Zealand, taking into account their legal requirements. A marketing strategy was also created, as well as Social Media accounts to achieve the objective of increasing customer awareness by 15 percent and how it would be achieved and measured. The Marketing strategy was then pitched in a Dragons' Den style presentation.
