FINAL MAJOR PROJECT

Thorough research gained in the Dissertation then lead to the final major concept. This concept was to improve Debenham's High Street in-store environment further. By expanding their Click and Collect Hub area, it will satisfy the demand for more convenience and in-store innovations, as well as the rise in Click and Collect and online returns. The Hub area concept then allowed consumers to reserve products and try these items on, before they buy in a more luxurious, interactive space.

 

A business plan and marketing strategy was created to thoroughly identify the concept further using primary and secondary research to discover the following: key drivers, market analysis, unique selling point, consumer target market, competitor analysis, marketing and sales strategy, marketing mock ups, financial and contingency plan and future growth strategies.
